Our home is situated in a quiet location, down a farm lane off the road, so it is very peaceful and quiet. We live about 3 miles west of St.Austell, 15 minutes from the sea, the internationally acclaimed Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Truro, the Roseland Peninsula, Falmouth (National Maritime Museum) , Newquay and the North Coast are within easy reach. Lands End is 50 miles away.

The accommodation (suitable for couples) comprises a kitchen/living room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and television. Adjacent is a bathroom with bath and shower unit over. Upstairs is a pretty bedroom with exposed beams, a 5 foot bed and another television.

Outside to the left is a gravelled area, a small patio and ample car parking.

Sticker village nearby has a good shop/post office, the Hewas Inn and a hairdressing salon. A little further on in surrounding villages are numerous pubs and restaurants.
